Valerie and Joe completed recording and producing their second Christmas CD, "Christmas Remembered", in November 2008 with Valerie's Contemporary Choir in Centerport, NY. The 12 Christmas songs were all recorded in Joe's Sweatshop Studios in Halesite, NY. Valerie directed the choir. Both Joe and Valerie recorded, edited, and mixed the vocal and instrument tracks to all 12 songs with Joe doing the majority of the work. As with the first Christmas CD, Joe also produced this CD.
